NegativeEase of use

I pinned those chats and they don’t appear under my projects but I can make them display sometimes.

NegativeEase of useWorkflow & integrations

It would be nice if Manus mentioned that before telling me to go download their app....while disabling the old Agent that I've been using so heavily.

you can only use it if you have been invited to the closed beta!

Avoid the agent like the plague. Switch models in TASKS.

Manus is great however it needs to be MANAGED as the agent will try to get you to default to use the max agent. That will eat up all of your credits very swiftly, you don't need that level for a website.

NegativeEase of use

Like what other service do we need to prove our prior and current balance with as much angst as Manus. Having to screen record tasks is a little exhausting

No, you ask me task ID.. what the heck is task ID..I have given you everything that was needed to resolve the issue. you are giving vague instruction.. why the heck you need task ID when all you have to do is scroll up on the chat window and everything is there. plus i dont even know where to look up task ID.. manus leadership and customer support is insane.
