It's not locked, it's just another pathway that I can send workflows to if vanilla Muse isn't working(bot detection) or doesn't have something built in. I don't have to use the Ubuntu server, Muse just has it available if it needs it.

Then you might as well use Hermes right? Why lock yourself with muse?

Earlier reply by the same author ↗

The solution to this is using Muse as the orchestrator to drive a machine on your home network using tailscale. With ai I've found so much more being unlocked by throwing Ubuntu server with xfce on a shitty laptop I never use and having it run playwright, home assistant, codex CLI, etc.

PositiveResults & quality

I really haven’t dove inti meta capabilities at all but got muse and am very impressed.

PositivePrice & limits

This is their plan to monetize it It's genius to be honest. If millions of people make 10 million transactions per day, and the cut that goes to Muse is 50 cents per transaction, that's 5 million dollars a day loooooool Literally it is a money printing machine that they are in the process of building

zuk said it's free but they are going to take percentage of anything you buy through Muse

PositiveWorkflow & integrations

It does it for me too It trades for me, this is what I mean when I say Muse makes me money

PositivePrice & limits

Another benefit of using Muse is that it's just really cheap, especially if you use the contributor program, which you may or may not want to do because it gives Meta permission to train its models on the code that it is producing.

PositiveResults & quality

I haven't taken a look at the latest benchmarks, but Muse is very, very close to what Codex and Claude provide. If you don't need absolute frontier intelligence like GPT-6 or Fable-5, then Muse absolutely can do that.

I’ve been working on a technical project to build out a trading platform with codex. Do you think muse is capable enough to design something complex like that with persistent cloud memory on computer and mobile use pulling in deterministic data from multiple sources, applying prevetted theory and rules and logic to the data, then a 3rd ai layer interpreting the data?

PositiveWorkflow & integrations

There may be some way to track usage but I legitimately have probably decreased my ChatGPT usage about 80-90% for personal use. I’m a SWE so I still do professional development thru Codex. Personal coding work is done thru Muse Spark. Meta really has done a great job here

PositiveWorkflow & integrations

I had to set up browsing to my Ubuntu server for literally this exact reason for delta but it was going to come in Handy for other use cases too Tldr is tailscale + PC on your home network + muse. Muse has a tailscale connector so it can route browser requests to a desktop machine on your local network.

Delta flight search My agent cannot search delta.

PositiveWorkflow & integrations

I don’t shop on amazon, I talk to muse about what I want and when I figure it out I have it added to a product tracker artifact and it lists the top three prices online. If Amazon is blocking muse then Amazon just doesn’t show up in my search results so it’s their loss.

PositiveWorkflow & integrations

Tessie is so great. I can have my car do things through Muse.

PositiveResults & quality

I have loved it so far and I pay for Claude and chatgbt and Gemini

PositiveEditing & control

I am limiting what permissions I allow and opted out of letting Muse use my info to learn and train AI.

PositiveResults & quality

I asked for help with planning an upcoming trip and was amazed at what my AI personal assistant was able to do!!

PositiveReliability

I've only had to correct muse a handful of times and usually never again on the same thing.

PositiveWorkflow & integrations

Literally Amazon is just butthurt they don’t have their own agent and Muse is taking off fast, so they blocked it That won’t stop people from using Muse though. It’ll just cause people to use businesses that don’t support Muse less Muse is gonna happen, and if companies are firm about being butthurt about Muse, then they’re gonna get left behind

PositiveResults & quality

I hate MZ too but Muse is surprisingly well done, what can I say LOL.

PositiveWorkflow & integrations

I booked car rentals for 3 separate upcoming trips and I have some very specific stipulations. I have a few daily sweeps running for employment opportunities and real estate. My wife has it and we sync a calendar together through Muses.

PositiveSpeedPrice & limits

Nothing I can't do with Claude, just far easier, quicker, and "cheaper".

PositivePrice & limits

I don't want it to get to viral lol then meta will get cocky and lower the free tiers usage. I use mine all the the time and I'm only at 20% usage.

PositiveEase of usePrice & limits

My muse has a name and avatar, and she actually helps me with real things

PositiveWorkflow & integrations

It creates a 10-15 minute custom podcast for me every morning (published to my Apple Podcasts app) that summarizes my favorite sports teams and league highlights, the top 3-4 news stories of the day, and gives a rundown of my work meetings and top work to-dos for the day.

PositiveWorkflow & integrations

I've got news posting all my Old dungeons & dragons books online to sell I don't use them they're brand new in fact I probably never even open them so I'm going to see how this works out he's monitoring everything he posted everything for me what an amazing app

PositiveWorkflow & integrations

* Prototyping an App. It's fully working within the artifact. * Schedule my calendar and to-do lists and book fitness classes for me. * Create Recipe Book pages from all my Instagram recipe reel saves * Custom Connector to Adobe Lightroom and I have it organizing photos in there. I asked it to give me a rundown of rejected photos and then use that comparison and then compare it to my NAS, and then quarantine those rejected photos into their own folder * For Lightroom Classic users you're probably thinking...why? But I use Lightroom CC and I have LRc Library syncing issues so I avoid Classic. This is the only way to 'delete raw files' with LRcc * Built a Todo/Projects Artifact that logs every task that Muse is handling so I can see what's the progress of things instead of asking all the time. * Connected Finances and have it work through budgets and stuff. I'm still working on improving on how to make this work better for me. * Connected Apple Health and asked it to give me a check-in 4 times a day and give me a summary of how my vitals are looking, what to look out for. How's my health progress. * Asked it to look for and codes in my email and check if I've redeemed it all. I had $200 worth of Uber Eats gift cards I forgot to redeem. * Asked it to keep a news feed of stuff relating to my career locally that updates once a week.

PositiveResults & quality

I used it to make hotel reservations and Mini Me came through like a champ.

PositiveResults & quality

yes, I have been learning Spanish and taking lessons, and Muse has been very helpful with this

PositiveEase of use

I used my Mini Me to search all states I've lived in to see if I had any unclaimed money.

PositiveWorkflow & integrations

I had my muse create a connection to access the data found within my car's app and monitor it, and it notifies me if anything needs attention. It also monitors odometer and prompts me to get certain car maintenance items completed depending on what the odometer is reading

PositiveEase of use

It’s great if you’re learning something, because it can initiate the drill, lesson, test, etc. at whatever frequency you choose. It takes away the trying to find motivation to get started on your own.

PositiveResults & quality

I’m really enjoying using the app. I have found some practical uses (workout routine, budget tracker, side hustle development).

PositiveWorkflow & integrations

It’s running all aspects of my life currently, small business, financial tracking, sports betting

PositivePrice & limits

I use mine all the time and cant even reach the 100 million mark each week.

How many Tokens did you use yesterday?

Earlier comment ↗

I use mine all day long basically and haven't ever used more than 100 million tokens in a single day.

How many Tokens did you use yesterday? 615 Million, do they have a plan above pro Planned?

PositiveEase of use

Not sure about unique but I have been using it to sell things on eBay and fb marketplace. I just snap a few pictures and tell it to ask me a few relevant questions about the item and to find a good sellable price and it does the rest (I have to log in for it of course). I have been too lazy to do it and this makes it way easier.

PositiveWorkflow & integrations

I have my avatar wearing a seasonal autumn-themed sweater right now. I asked Muse to automatically put him in a Halloween costume in October, a turkey costume in November, and a Christmas elf costume in December. I’m keeping the same character but just changing clothes so it maintains a sense of identity over time.
